PREPARE for a spray tan .........................
On average a spray tan will last 5-7 days. You will achieve maximum results for the optimal amount of time if you prepare your skin the DAY BEFORE your spray tan by:-
Having a good scrub up!! Exfoliate your whole body paying particular attention to ankles/knees/elbows. I recommend Sienna X exquisitely soft body polish or Neals Yard Remedies Geranium & Orange Body Scrub.Then drench yourself in moisturiser. I recommend Sienna X extend and perfect gradual tan to help maximise the life of your tan or Neals Yard Remedies Frankincense Body Toning Cream.If you are a waxist (have hair removed by waxing) then it is essential you get your waxing done the day before your spray tan. It actually helps to achieve a fab tan because it removes all the dead skin cells. If you shave, you should also do this the day before.For your face - exfoliate and moisturise the day before using facial products. I recommend Neals Yard Remedies Nourishing Orange Flower Facial Polish (You can cleanse and moisturise your face as normal on the day of your tan) Remove make up and deodorant before your tan. (Wipes available)
